2. Information you choose to provide
If you submit the contact form, Cognelyra receives your name, work email, organization, optional role or title, inquiry type, website context, message, acknowledgement of this notice, and technical anti-abuse information associated with the request. Cognelyra does not currently deploy nonessential advertising cookies or a separate analytics tracker on this site.
4. How information is used
Information in a business inquiry may be used to respond, understand the requested services, plan follow-up, maintain business records, protect systems and rights, and meet applicable obligations. Cognelyra does not use email inquiry content to train public AI models.
5. Sharing and providers
Information may be processed by OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for website hosting and protection, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, Resend for contact-form email delivery, Google Workspace for business email, and other providers used for communications, security, and business operations. Provider processing depends on their terms and the way each service is configured.
